A shadow of a house on the gable wall of a end terrace house in Derry. In the distance are the fine red brick houses of De Burgh Terrace. I like how shadows (especially in winter) can bring drama to relatively mundane scenes.  You have to wait days or even weeks for a bright sunning day like this in the north. The sunlight transforms the landcape.
