We offer a 14 Day Returns Policy when you buy online through emmafcownie.com. This covers non-commissioned work only.

As a good will gesture, most paintings are sent without shipping costs to the buyer.  However,  the buyer in returning a painting will be liable not only for the cost of the return shipping to the artist but also the cost of initial shipping by the artist plus additional costs such as the Stripe fee.

The artist does not wish to incur costs via returned work. In effect, the costs of shipping will be fully recouped by the artist. Please contact emmafcownie@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.

1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a tracked and signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.

2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped.

4. After we have received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the purchase price minus costs to artist of the goods returned.

How Can I Cancel My Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at emmafcownie@gmail.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.

Commissioned or reduced price work  – We do not accept returns on commissioned work or work that has been reduced to sell.
